8th theme for Summer Challenge is…Beach ;)
In fact again I don’t have so much habit for beach because I’ve grown up at hillside; and also I like quiet sea shore than fun tropical beach, so those my habit made my nail as shown here.

So wave-shaped double french. Blue marble pattern reminds me of quiet sea shore at early morning. I’m pretty happy that marble pattern went really delicate and crisp; I think this color combination is pretty good, it could be great for water marbling too, I’ll definitely try it on next time :D

Well now I’m so sure other’s are much happy delightful beach than mine!

  1. Beautiful! That's the kind of beach I like too. Reminds me of this beach in Spain somehow. Seriously, very beautiful!

  3. I have to honest: not a fan of that one. Though the idea and colours are lovely it makes your nail tips look a bit chunky :/

    1. Oops, not your taste? :/
Well but actually you are right, disadvantage of using polish sheet (or self-made nail applique) is that point, nail tip goes a bit fat...

    2. Don´t worry though, I mean those slight misses just make your other nail art look more amazing ;D
besides it´d be boring if everyone like everything just the same^^

  4. The water marbeling came out excellent! I havent tried this technique in so long because it's just to messy for me lol maybe I'll wait till my nails are longer so I can just do the tips like you did. But seriously this manicure looks awesome!

    1. Well, this is NOT water marbling at all! This is self-made nail applique, what you do is;
      1) get ready with silicone sheet and toothpick,
      2) drop the polishes on silicone sheet and quickly scratch it with toothpick to build marbles,
      3) let it dry,
      4) peel off and cut & paste.
It's pretty easy way to give marbling pattern to the nail, especially just for "a part" of nail! :D

    3. Oh so that's how you did that! I had assumed it was water marble too. Guess I could have made my life a bit easier, huh?! :)

  5. The self-made nail applique is an excellent idea, especially for someone who is in war with water marble, like me! :-) I will have to try it!
    I love your manicure! :-)

    1. Not only for marbling but you can make ANY shape as you want to decorate your nail by chopping/cutting such a polish applique! Enjoy ;)
